At the moment there is a stand in front of the shop where you can get unground coffee. I buy coffee here for myself and also for friends and family. There is a selection of different types for every taste, which can also be ground differently.

Unfortunately not the right place to go for good morning coffee if you belong to the people who have to / want to be at work on time. P.S. It is a shame that criticism and suggestions are only used with justifications and even with corona-independent aspects the corona excuse is used. Certainly you have lost sales because the "mere seat customers" are missing, but nothing has changed in the slow way of working and the associated sales frequency. People regularly leave the queue because they don't have the time / inclination to wait 10-15 minutes for a coffee and that is also not objectionable. Hence another star deduction.

The comments of the * owner * about the reviews clearly show the bad complaint management of the service provider from the root. Reviews of objective situations, which are of course described subjectively (looking from the subject), are commented on by a third person, who presents himself here as the owner and was not present in the situations, in positive or negative, shows that they do not recognize their rights to express oneself and support the WRONG behavior of the service staff and management and the fact for what a SERVICE PROVIDER exists at all; namely for the paying customers who the engine (you pay) to keep the operation. 1) Playing down wrong behavior and meddling in reviews shows that your ego is more important to you than the people who pay you. You have proven that you do not care at all about the customer and their opinion. 2) Correcting the wrongdoing and mediating it between guest and employee is also unknown to you and is absolutely unprofessional !!!! Result - a lot of people I talked to see the 24 degrees as rude, badly organized and avoid it for the reasons mentioned !!!!! ☹️ I wish you / you; have an ear for the reviews and take it as an opportunity to improve yourself and to see the guest as a priority and not fend off criticism and defend yourself. Fending off discrepancies where you were not present, preferring to attack owners and critical voices, requires clear correction in order not to get a bad reputation as it has unfortunately already arisen in the Nordstadt. It was the adjoining room and most of the cafés could also be visited inside. Extremely inappropriate as a service within the service! Unfortunately, there was always something wrong with the organization or simply forgotten. Training courses would be absolutely appropriate to relieve stressed employees.

Hello, we were just there. There are many different types of coffee, tea and also cakes and biscuits. There are even vegan cakes. So there is something for everyone. Only, unfortunately, it's a little uncomfortable. But otherwise it's great. I especially like the traffic light that shows whether you can wait or go in.

Moin, go 4:00 p.m. I wanted to have a coffee and I also ordered it, unfortunately I was treated condescendingly and rude. Unfortunately, the blonde young woman doesn't know the words hello, please and thank you. Instead, condescending looks. Then I addressed her directly that I didn't like the way she treated me. The answer was only a small apology. Then I was approached by another employee that it was not okay of me that I confronted her with her rude manner towards me. Then I gave my opinion to him. As a result, I was expelled from the café. And unfortunately that is one of many things in this shop that is just off the mark.

A nice little café with very friendly and competent service. We only buy our coffee here at home, the advice on site is great and extremely competent. All coffee places can also be ordered online with prompt delivery and friendly customer service.

Among single source bean coffee shops, this is one of the better shops hands down, the menu they offer could be a bit intimidating, but no worries, all is sufficiently explained on the black ' Wall' P.S. They tend to forget your order sometime ,,,?

Wonderful real people and therefore great ambiance. It trippled the taste of my coffee, of which they have a wide variety at fair prices.

I think this Cafe is perfect for hand brewed coffee lovers with different methods and beans. Also the cakes are delicious. Just near the Ubahn station, very easy to find..

The place itself is good for chill and take a break from a hectic days. Though it's a lil bit crowded and it's quite normal since it's located in the middle of the city. The staffs are quite friendly and the hospitality is good. But the coffee itself i would say not perfectly made. But i do believe it's not from the beans but perhaps the way they made it, and i could understand that since it was so hectic and perhaps they can't keep their composure but other than that, it's still a good coffee

So pleasure, cosy, good looking and serving place. Just I'm trying to understand, why closes at 07:00 p.m. ? So many people likes to go and drink their coffee during and after sunset! Yea, at winter could be but in the summer time it's so weird to close at 7. Everyone is out untill 22-23 o'clock!!! Service hours could extend. Especially on Friday and Saturday... Regards. Evan...

Great coffee place with cozy seating. There are two separate areas inside as well as some outdoor seating. They also sell all sorts of coffee beans. Card payments are accepted as well which is rare in Germany.

They roast the coffee by themself, that and the great location with cheap prices make this Cafe really unique!
